TIB Rasilimali is a limited liability company established and operating under the Companies Act, Cap 212 of the laws of Tanzania. It is licensed by Capital Markets and Securities Authority (CMSA) to conduct Securities Brokerage Services, Investment Advisories and Nominated Advisory Services.
TIB Rasilimali is also licensed as CDP by the Bank of Tanzania (BOT) to deal in Government securities such as Treasury Bonds and Bills, and as Insurance Agent and Broker by Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Agency (TIRA).
TIB Rasilimali is a subsidiary of TIB Development Bank and a member of the TIB Group, one of the oldest Securities Brokerage and Investment Advisory firms in the market. As such, the firm’s ultimate shareholder is the Government of Tanzania and the only firm affiliated to a development bank.
